Just Beet It!

Just let the Beet drop…in your magic juicer. I’m sipping on a Carrot, Apple, Beets, Celery, Spinach, and Pineapple juice Mama made for me. Loving the taste and the color I see, fun to make art with what missed my mouth and dripped on my table.

Did you know Beetroot juice is one of the richest dietary sources of antioxidants and naturally occurring nitrates (compounds which improve blood flow throughout the body—including the brain, heart, and muscles).

You can steam, juice, boil, slow cook, pressure cook, or eat them in a salad. Take your pick!
